Online Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do have a 30 day return policy. Items will need to be in the same new condition as when you received them. New condition meaning clean, unused, unwashed, no smells (cigarette, pet, perfume, etc…), no stains, no damage, and with undamaged original packaging.
Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns on any ointments, creams, sprays, balms, laundry treatments and/or items of similar nature.
If you qualified for free shipping at the time of your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if the refund results in the original order falling below the free shipping criteria. You will be responsible for the shipping of all returned items unless the reason of the return is due to an error on our behalf. If this is the case, please contact us right away so we can make proper arrangements. We do recommend purchasing package insurance or use delivery confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. We will not be responsible for returned items that we do not receive.
Prior to sending items back to our boutique, please send us an email to let us know that you will be sending your item(s) back to us. This way, we will know it is coming. Please make note of the order number and what item(s) will be included with the return and the reason for the return. Please ensure that the item(s) is in new condition (see above) and that the item(s) are mailed out within 30 days of the original order date. We will not be able to accept items for a refund if they do not meet the required criteria for returns. So please also ensure proper packaging of item(s) so item(s) are not lost or damaged during shipping. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your returned item(s) and make note on that form what you are returning and the reason. If the reason for your return is due to a manufacturer defect, such as faulty stitching or snaps falling off, etc… please contact us and we will help you find the information you need to return the item to the manufacturer.
